Over the Rainbow Learning Center is seeking enthusiastic and adventurous teachers to help us achieve our primary goal of nurturing little people with big minds. Our intent is to craft a tight-knit community of open-minded individuals who can use their imagination & creativity to guide magical experiences for our community’s children.

Lead Teacher (Full-Time Positions)
- Manage small and large groups of students in a classroom environment.
- Maintain a positive mindset towards student learning and their social-emotional development.
- Contribute to student learning, growth, and development.
- Facilitate problem-solving and be proactive while facing obstacles.
- Invest in the students’ well-being, health, and safety.
- Communicate effectively with students.
- Serve as a role model to the students.

- Work efficiently within existing learning structures.

Assistant Teacher (Full-Time and Part-Time Positions)
- Assist the Lead Teachers in guiding the curriculum.
- Display a passion for aiding in preschool-age-appropriate educational activities.
- Maintain a positive mindset towards student learning and their social-emotional development.
- Contribute to student learning, growth, and development.
- Facilitate problem-solving and be proactive while facing obstacles.
