We are delighted to offer the residents and families of Bay County, Fl superior child care. Our learning center is innovative, fun and strives to provide excellency inside every interaction. Our focus is set on providing children with a sturdy foundation for their success throughout life. We will teach the importance of social, emotional, and physical development.
We will guide students alongside their imagination – inspiring their creativity & desire to learn about the world around them. The programs offered fall within approximate ages to maintain the importance in assessing each child’s path through developmental milestones:

Over the Rainbow Learning Center utilizes the Brightwheel App to communicate with families, keep track of attendance for pick up & drop off, to collect tuition payments, and so much more! Additionally, the Brightwheel app is free & we offer assistance throughout the process of downloading and onboarding students into our system. Parents can check the app daily for updates and reminders. We will do our best to keep everyone in the loop on our day-to-day adventures, and achievements!
Our staff are highly qualified and driven to provide top of the line child care that exceeds expectations on all fronts. There truly is no limit on our efforts to ensure that our students thrive and become the best little people they can be. Accordingly, we hold a license by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) to proudly offer child care in the state of Florida. Further, our center networks with the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida (ELC) to maintain excellency in our approach to early childhood education.
